John Blumberg is an author, speaker and consultant. Since 1996, John has run a company called Keynote Concepts, Inc. He works with organizations and their leaders, who want to create, communicate and cultivate meaningful vision. John delivers inspirational experiences around the topics of building leaders of substance, creating highly-retained communities of professionals and cultivating cultures of genuine service.

John started his career as a CPA, but shifted his focus from numbers to people and spent 14 years in human resources, including worldwide recruiting responsibilities. In 1996, he left behind a career, firm and position he loved . . . to follow his dream into the world of professional speaking.

Today, as a professional speaker, John has been featured in keynotes and workshops in 9 countries. He is a past-president of the National Speaker Association’s Illinois Chapter.

John lives in Naperville IL with his wife, Cindy, and their three teenage children.
