John TV: Episode #4
June 30th, 2009We can work incredibly hard on developing mechanical communication skills to try to develop relationships. But we would be far better served by working incredibly hard on developing true friendships. You might think of it as a relational bailout. Want better retention of your best people? Want to exponentially increase your service experience? Want morale to skyrocket in your workplace. Want to increase efficiency? Create a culture of genuine friendship!

Taken for granted … these 3 words are like the kiss of death. When it is done to us, it leaves us relationally empty. When we do it, we leave ourselves dangerously vulnerable. It doesn’t matter whether it is in our marriage, our family, our work, our nation, or life itself.
